1.Understand the approval function of Matrx
As an efficient Approval platform, Matrx Approval helps enterprises easily realize online Approval of various processes such as leave, business trips, and reimbursement, and comprehensively improves the Approval experience and efficiency.
- Multi-type templates: Approval has preset templates of general types, and will continue to expand Approval templates for more scenarios in the future to meet the daily approval needs of enterprises.
- Flexible configuration of Approval process: Matrx Approval provides convenient and flexible Approval process configuration capabilities. Enterprises can customize the Approver of each Approval node according to their own needs.
- Integrate daily office scenes, smooth and efficient: Matrx Approval is deeply integrated with modules such as Chats and Notification, and supports one-click forwarding to contacts and sharing Approval cards during chats.
2.Flow and Scenarios
There are 2 main steps in the process: Submitting a request -> Processing for approval.
- Application submission: Users can submit their own applications in the Approval application, if required. When submitting, members need to fill out the required fields in the Approval completely.
- Processing Approval: After the user submits the application, it will be initiated in accordance with the user's self-configured Approval process, with approvers at each node of the process approving it in turn, and the Approval will be passed only when all nodes have been agreed upon.
3.Roles
- Submitter: You can initiate requests for leave, business trip, reimbursement, etc. in the approval application according to the rules set by the enterprise. The submitters are all members of the enterprise.
- Approver: Approves the request initiated by the submitter in the approval application.
